I had a letter yesterday to say everything was low risk but then I had a letter today to say it was 'less chance than 1 in 150' and is within the ' normal' range. I don't know but that doesn't seem too low? With DD (two years ago) the result came back as something like 1 in 12600. Is that still in the low risk category?

Less Chance than 1 in 150 means (for example) 1 in 250 or 1 in 1100000000000000000. Those are both less likely than 1 in 150.
