Blood after serep

Quite possibly a silly question but I’m 38+2 and due to some reduced movements etc, was given a sweep this evening and booked for induction.

I know bloody mucus afterwards is completely normal but just wondered whether I should be concerned it was fresh red blood in there?

Fairly sure this is normal too but didn’t talk through what to expect in the immediate aftermath with midwife/doctor so just wanted to make sure!

How much fresh blood are we talking?
Just when you wipe? Enough to need a pad? How often do you need to change the pad?
