Just thought I'd share this tip with you. Have been suffering from bad MS for weeks and weeks, then someone suggested trying travel sickness bands. I did, and I don't know if it's just psychological because I was so desperate for help, but they do seem to provide some relief. So if you have bad MS, you could give them a try. They cost around 6 quid from the chemist.

I tried these, and unfortunately they didn't have any effect on me, however they have since become my cat's favourite toy, so they haven't gone to waste

The only thing I've found to be any good for morning sickness has been a constant source of food. I only feel sick when I haven't eaten for 40 minutes to an hour, so I just constantly graze throughout the day - I try and keep it healthy, but I can't deny my diet consists of things like crisps and chocolate bars as well as fruit etc!
