Contractions whilst walking

Gone for a walk today and had quite frequent contractions (up to every 4-5 min) pulling deep down in my vagina/bum an made me feel I needed to push! Home now and resting, a bit milder and less frequent but still coming, even if I'm just sat on the sofa. Also some menstrual cramp/gas sorts of pains. Might this be early labour? Xx

@firsttime no not vomiting constantly (luckily that stopped at 14 weeks)! More the either realky constipated or feeling sick and having to empty, really quickly :( but tbh got so much going on in this pregnancy possibly all related so just trying to get as close to 37 weeks ( 4 more weeks to go to that )as poss for c-section (in hospital atm, placenta pravia bleed

4 weeks in hospital? Aw hun that sounds so hard Is it your first baby? Xx

I’ve had this since last Thursday unfortunately! I’m still hopeful haha x

Morning OP Certainly sounds promising! Get moving about and should get things going again! Maybe watch a proper feel good comedy, one that makes you LOL whilst bouncing on a ball? I remember that being one of the suggestions by the MWs during my antenatal classes.

I remember the day before my waters broke I was struggling to walk round town as kept getting mild contractions!

@firsttime no this is No4- my little Dd1 is 14months and this has been the first time I've been away from her ever- so DH trying to rush around outside doing everything I've done for 14months (just realised I did Everything!)- just waiting on a scan today so they can see what's actually happening and where everything is

How did you get on op? Did they lead to established labour? X
