Hello all,

I have FINALLY got around to creating a YouTube account for my lovely hypnobirthing & birth preparation business Better Birth Stories.

So far I have covered What is Hypnobirthing? Up & Down Breathing For Birth, How to deal with distractions during labour and birth and also Confident Decision Making in Pregnancy & Birth.

I absolutely appreciate that not every mum-to-be has the time or the money to take a hypnobirthing class but hopefully this will open things up for everyone.

So please, please, subscribe, pass it on to your pregnant friends and most importantly let me know what you think.

Babyno2mamabear I'm sorry to hear about your first birth experience being a bit crap.
My first labour and birth was fairly dire too - which prompted me to retrain as a hypnotherapist and a birth teacher prior to babies 2 & 3....which fortunately worked a treat! I do hope that the channel helps you.
