Second trimester bedding experiences

I'm now 13+4. Had a small painless bleed over night when I was 12+6, it started off red/pink then gradually tailed off during the day. I went up to the hospital where I was scanned and reassured there was probably a little haematoma that has now bled away so I thought that would be the end of it. I then started to bleed again at 13+2 again painless and overnight which gradually tailed off during the day. I rang the hospital and they said keep an eye on it and if I'm still bleeding in 5 days they would see me again. Yesterday day time was just a tiny bit of brown on wiping. However when I went to the loo again in the night we were back to red/brown bleeding which was all over my pyjamas.
I'm super anxious anyway as had a miscarriage immediately before getting pregnant with this baby. I'm so attached to this little one and I just keep wondering how I would get through another miscarriage.
Does anyone have experience of multiple small bleeds around this gestation? I know I should be reassured that I have no pain or heavy bleeding with clots etc but my gut just tells me that something must be wrong. Any advice or hands to hold would be much appreciated🌻❤

Hand-hold here OP. I didn't personally experience this but funnily enough 2 of my friends the other day were saying how they bled on and off all through pregnancy and found it so stressful (both have happy, healthy babies now!). I hope it's nothing serious. Best of luck to you.

OP, sending hugs. I know how scary it is to bleed during pregnancy.

Could it be some left over bleeding from the haematoma?

But honestly, you’re in the second trimester, you’re not having pain or clots and you’ve had a reassuring scan. From where I’m sat things looks good (although I totally get how your heart drops into your arse a the sight of blood - I really do)

Could you contact you EPU tomorrow and tell them that you’ve had more bleeding. They may be able to fit you in for a reassurance scan x
