Round Ligament Pain?

Hey ladies,

I had such bad stabbing pains on my right side so figured I would get checked out. Bloods have come back clear and urine sample too. Obs doc put it down to round ligament pain - do any of you have recommendations on how to soothe these pains? They are coming and going in waves and feel super uncomfy and painful. I’ve been having plenty of baths and hot water bottle of course. Just the last few days they’ve picked up a lot.

Aside from taking paracetamol your doing pretty much everything I can think of .
Hang in there mumma they come in leaps then go for a while it'll be worth it eventually 💓

I have been getting similar pains, especially when I try and sleep on my right side but also happens throughout the day, I am 13 weeks. I have my scan tomorrow but I am going to take a water sample in to the drs in the morning just in case. Hope it goes soon for you!
