Can I feel the baby at 12 weeks or am I dreaming?

I am 12 weeks pregnant and for the past little while I think I can "feel" the baby. It is not butterflies like I have heard other people say they have felt. It is more like just a feeling. I realise that makes no sense at all.

Has anyone else had this or am I losing it? I could easily be losing it. I have been doing strange things all week and have baby brain for sure.

I felt DS from 12 weeks, thought I was imagining it too but I did and it just got stronger. He had a really good kick on him by the end (sorry, probably didn't want to hear the last bit!)

I felt dd move at 20/21 weeks - a fluttering type sensation. She was very active after that.

I felt ds move at about 14 weeks - I could feel him moving up and down as though he was bouncing on a trampoline but in very slow motion. A most odd feeling. Oh, and he wasn't very active compared to dd (he was breech though so a lot of different moves)
