i have just searched the internet and i cant find what it means - i know i have read it before but its not in my pregnancy book, i am thinking it is in one of the free books i was given

sorry

It means Right Occipito Lateral, baby head down with back on the right. Vey normal position to be in, baby will swing his back left to right on a daily basis probably.

Crawl on hands and knees with bum in the air for 20 mins at least 3 times a day to avoid OP and Breech position. Sit with your back straight too. Hope it goes ok

largeginandtonic- thank you, yes he does seem to swing from side to side.. ( and it is painful when he does) not long to go then I can meet him getting excited now..

Yes thats a good position. Last time I had a check up mine was OP. Tried to do the crawling thing but it bloody hurt my hips- so much weight hanging off them from the baby! I've resigned myself to the fact its going to be an extra painful delivery!
