I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and have just been to the toilet and found blood, it's quite abit. I'm unsure of how much is classed as spotting. No cramping. Just sat wondering what the hell to do!

Definitely get in touch with your GP, MW or EPU. Try and see if your EPU is self referral because if so, you will be able to ring them direct and arrange an early scan yourself.

Don’t be fobbed off, they should ALWAYS investigate any bleeding at this stage.

FWIW any bleeding/spotting I’ve ever had between 6-8 weeks has turned out ok at that point in two pregnancies.
