Late Depo injection :O

So I have recently found out I missed my contraceptive Depo injection by 4 weeks (super busy with work). This means my last injection was 16 weeks ago. About 10 days ago me and my partner had unprotected sex (as I thought I was covered 🙄) is it likely that I might be pregnant? I’ve read so many different things about how long it can take you to conceive after your last injection(anywhere from 14 weeks - 10 months). I’m having bad cramps and hot flushes but no sign of a period :( I have always been very fertile and my son was conceived super fast! Any help would be appreciated :)! Thanks!!

Only way to know if to test but how long were you on depo for? It took me AGES to get it out of my system and conceive (16 months, 12 with no periods back - but I had been on it for years), and I know it lasts longer than the 10-12 weeks they say as they build in contingency! I'd be surprised if it was out of your system fast enough to get pregnant 14.5 weeks after your last one.
