I am interested in answers as well. I will be 34 weeks in Monday and...nothing.

I have a 5 day old daughter. Smile Didn't have any leaking whatsoever in pregnancy. I was worried there wouldn't be any colostrum. But there was as soon as she was born and breastfeeding is going really well. I think it is so variable between women - so don't worry if you don't have any leaking.

With DS I noticed in 3rd trimester my boobs would leak with colostrum in the shower.

Now I'm pregnant with 2nd I've already started needing breastpads and gone up a cup size at only 5 weeks.

I don't think that's normal though so will talk to the MW about it on booking appointment.

I recall from NCT classes that you could encourage your colostrum production towards end of pregnancy by trying to hand express. I collected some as I was unsure if I would be able to BF if I needed to return to my medication. But I think for a lot of women, they don't start lactating till their milk comes in after birth

I had little bits of leaking in the morning from 25 weeks. It’s never enough to warrant a breast pad though just small drops on my on top.
