Hi all
31 weeks and having alot of bloody discharge for over a week now accompanied with what I'd describe as bad period cramps. No pattern to the cramping or back pain so not 100% worried right now however I am just out of hospital at 29 weeks for blood loss with my low laying placenta. I was given steroid injections and monitored for a week before getting home.
I've spoken to the maternity triage and they have said it sounds like what I'm having is bloody discharge although to me after a quick Google it did look like my plug? And to try not worry unless it changes to period style blood.
Did anyone else have bloody discharge in the third trimester and how long should I expect it to continue before I get worried?
