Pregnancy easier while working full time or as a SAHM?

Hi, while pregnant with DC1 I worked full time and couldn’t take sick leave without hassle so forced myself in until the bitter end. I found working full time while pregnant tough to say the least. This time around I will be a SAHM to a toddler while pregnant. I’m not dreading it as I feel being at home will be a lot more comfortable. I do realise chasing after a toddler is hard work but at least I won’t have a sickly long 2 hour journey to and from work. Has anybody experienced both? Which did you find easier?

I found it easier while working full time to be honest. DD1 was only 19 months when DD2 was born though so it was physically difficult, plus she dropped her nap really early so absolutely no break.
I’m now pregnant 34 weeks with a 5 year old and a 3 year old (currently a SAHM) and it isn’t too bad as my 3 year old doesn’t require any physical wrangling.:. So depends on the age of the toddler I guess.

I work full time and have a toddler - it's much harder second time round as I can't just collapse when I get in from work! Not sure whether it would be any easier being at home though, it's exhausting running after him. If they still nap though that would be good respite at least.

Working was way better but my DC1 didn't sleep well so I was EXHAUSTED by the time I had DC2.

I have a 15mo who still had 2 naps a day and I nap with him for one of those.
I find being sick in my own toilet/bucket preferable to throwing up in a public toilet.
And I was sick of all the work politics while pregnant and could not be bothered with any of it.
Feeling much better so far and I'm 16 weeks pregnant!

Same HumpHumpWhale, DD1 still woke 3-4 times a night when DD2 was born. In fact DD1 didn’t sleep through the night until DD2 was 2!
