Feeling ill and guilty

Hi all,
I'm really just posting for some advice and support please....I'm 31 weeks today with my first and feel like I'm constantly ill. I had a vomiting bug last week and now I have a cold. Doctor has taken bloods and I'm slightly anaemic and also seem to have had a mild UTI. It's been a really stressful pregnancy as I was hospitalised at 25+4 with threatened preterm labour. Thank goodness everything was OK.

I'm self-employed so at least I have a bit of flexibility but I've had to move meetings/appointments around a few times now due to being unwell and don't feel like I'm keeping up with things at home like I should be. I feel terribly guilty, like I'm letting everyone down and like I should just be able to cope. It makes me really worry about how I will cope with motherhood if the pregnancy is such a challenge...

The silly thing is all this guilt is coming from me and me alone, everyone is being really kind. Does anyone have any advice for coping with this tiring last bit and for how I could give myself a break?
