Hello,

My BH seem to have significantly picked up overnight, I've had 16 so far since about 8am so averaging about 4 an hour - my usual is about 11 a day!

Would you ring maternity assessment or is this normal? I don't want to waste their time.

Thanks x

I did when I had 10 in about 12 hours at 19 weeks. They advised me to take paracetamol and a warm bath, which helped ease them off.

Ring - it'll help put your mind at ease.

I'm 32 weeks and baby still trying doing somersaults (punch her way out!?) - causing loads of tightenings/ Braxton Hicks comings and goings - ! Are they painful OP? As in making you breathless, double over?

I'd say the same as PP, warm bath, paracetamol and perhaps a warm hot water bottle (not too hot) and see if they ease a bit -

But definitely phone Mw or suite if your concerned x
