I am 14+4 with my first baby.

So for the past 3 weeks I have been having stomach and back cramps, especially in my back I have needed to lay with a hot water bottle on it nearly every night. I have a constant feeling of needing a wee but majority of the time I go it's just a dribble and after I have a wee when I start walking again I get a big gush of white watery discharge.
I was very prone to water infections before falling pregnant so thought this must be a water infection, I took a sample in but after 2 weeks of ringing they said they had lost it in the lab so took another one and just been informed that there is no infection?
Are these just normal symptoms I have or should I be asking for it to be looked into further?
I had a scan at 13 weeks where I saw the baby moving about and midwife said heartbeat was looking good.
Also I'm getting very strong pulling pains really low down near my hips when coughing or sneezing sometimes, but when I have looked this up it sounds pretty normal at this stage.

Am I being a drama queen or should I be concerned?

my friend had this and it turned out baby was blocking her bladder from emptying, she had to go in weekly for a few weeks to have her bladder emptied by catheter until the baby moved up slightly, have you asked your doctor about that symptom specifically?

Hi there !
I’m pregnant with my first baby and I’m 27 weeks tomoz ,

Very early on in the pregancy around about the same stage your at and a bit early I was in so much pain with cramps lower back and lower stomach I’m not going to lie I though I was loseing the baby it went on for days at a time felt stretching and pulling , I was going insane with the whole thing I then realised the more I moved my bowels the easier the pain was getting and I found out that all the stretching and pulling further down my body was legit my body growing my stomach started to get bigger after that point I could bearly sit down on the the toilet because of the pulling feeling in my thighs your body is doing crazy things but it being your first baby and never knowning how it feels to have something grow inside you , it’s a scary time !!!! If your really worried call your midwife always express your concerns x

@pacempercutiens no I haven't properly spoke to my doctor about it I just said I think I may have a water infection and was asked to bring in a sample. I do have normal wees quite often during the day but sometimes I will of had a wee and 10 minutes later I feel like I need one again but it's just a dribble.
I have been drinking a lot more the past week as I have been very thirsty especially on a night so wonder if I did have an infection in the beginning but flushed myself out and it has gone naturally?
I will definitely mention that to my doctor though thank you!

@Babyredfern yeah that's what I'm thinking, is this just all part of growing a baby inside of me! I don't want to be phoning the midwife if I'm just being a drama queen but because Iv never experienced this before and everyone's pregnancies are different I don't know what is and isn't normal. I have been having trouble with my bowel movements not being able to go as often as usual so maybe that has something to do with my aches and pains, I do have a lot of trapped wind at the moment and am getting very bloated! I'm hoping to get in to see the doctor this afternoon so I will mention it all to him. Thank you!

They needed up putting me on sashes of lacido or what Evers it’s called !! It’s not the best tasting ( I put some diluting juice in it to make it go down) that really helped me , it takes such a pressure of your body I don’t think people realise how painful it is when you can’t go or struggling can make you body feel terrible ! Don’t ever feel like your being a drama queen you know your body listen to it !!, trying to pass a pee is a nightmare for me at the moment not only do I have treatment resident thrush , some times my bladders so full that I I think I’m going to burst then nothing comes out when I go apparently it can be your baby pushing up on your bladder stopping it from emptying fully but when it moves it will release it ! Good luck today at doctors x
