I'm now 19 weeks pregnant and doing this alone. This week my Dc has passed on their cold, its made my asthma a 100 times worse, I am coughing so much I can't keep anything down and I haven't slept in 3 days. I'm now constantly bursting Into tears as I'm so tired. As well as still having all the symptoms from the first trimester. I just feel so alone an so poorly

So sorry you feel this way. It must be so hard. Are there any family members you can turn to for support? Maybe to babysit your little one so you have some me time? I’m sure all the pregnancy hormones aren’t helping with how you’re feeling either, but at least you have a beautiful little gift to look forward to next year.

Huge hugs Flowers

Hopefully you'll feel better tomorrow and can get some much-needed sleep. How old is your DC? As Beckyv88 suggested, is there anyone who can look after your child for the day so you can get some rest?

@Exhaustedmummy1811 that's sounds tough enough already but a lack of sleep makes everything worse.

Have you seen your GP? If your asthma has been like that for 3 days, they need to tweak your meds. At the very least, if you don't use one already, you need a spacer to get more of the drugs into your lungs.

Talk to them. They can help you control your asthma, which will help you sleep. Things shouldn't seem quite so awful after that.

Hugs.

Duvet day! Lots of screen time for other DC while you lie on the sofa.
