Acupuncture

I sadly had MMC 4 weeks ago (around 11 weeks after 3 scans) following my first round of ivf. I’ll be having FET in January (hopefully). Given my age (41) keen to try anything that will help. Has anyone tried acupuncture both before any treatment and during the first trimester?

I did acupuncture for two months before ivf. Found it really helpful and went every day during stims. My cycle was successful (currently 23 weeks). I found once I was pregnant that my skin was much more sensitive and it was a bit too intense...
