fundus height

Hi, Am 36 + 2 weeks and at my midwife appt today she measured fundus height at 38cm. Could this mean baby might arrive earlier than thought or just chubby baby?

To be honest, I've found the whole fundus height thing purely random, so I'd stick with your dates (I'm sure someone with a bit more clinical know how will be along shortly!)

Hi, My fundus height has been off the scale since 22 weeks. The midwife reffered me to a consultant last week who basically laughed. He doesn't seem to think there is a problem as everything else is fine.

He has booked a scan for 35 weeks to make sure but only as a prcaution.

I wouldn't worry. It depends on your size 2!!
