Could this be Braxton Hicks?

This is my first pregnancy so I don’t know what to expect exactly, I’m 21 weeks pregnant today. I was told I have a low risk pregnancy.
I’m experiencing some mild cramping in my stomach almost feels like tightening and twisting movements it is quite uncomfortable.
I don’t know if I should be worried never had this pain before?
Has anybody had something like this before??

Where is the pain love lover or higher? I wouldn't be concerned if it's coming and going I'd only ring the hospital if you are literally in agony or the pains recurring every 2-3 mins xx

Probably. Does your abdomen go quite hard/ tight? I've been having them every day since 19 weeks. They're uncomfortable but not painful? If they're proper painful, ring triage for advice.

I had like 10 in one day and rang for advice. They said take paracetamol and a warm bath (but not hot!!!!). It stopped them until the next day.

It was on my lower left side, it went after a about 10 minutes it was pretty painful.
Yes it felt like sharp twisting pains..
wow 10 a day?? I would’ve been so worried!
