Cramping after sex?

Bit embarrassing but I've searched and can't find much haha. I'm 12 weeks, is it normal to have a few niggly cramps after sex? Nothing major but i am a little paranoid, probably being an idiot.

Can't remember so early on (currently 38 weeks) but I get cramps and they can be really strong after sex and it's getting worse :-(
