Bad back during pregnancy

Just wondering if there's any advice anyone can give on having a bad back and pregnancy?
Currently trying for 2nd baby and i have quite frequent back pain. I have been seeing a osteopath but can't afford to do that all the time.
I did get some lower back pain during the last pregnancy and i do have a physical job so I'm worried about doing more damage 😔

Physio for strengthening the muscles to help alleviate the pain?
Also, the NHS should reffer you eventually if it's an ongoing thing you've had and causing you issues in your day to day life

As you're not yet pregnant I'd concentrate on trying to strengthen your abdonimal muscles as weak abs is a common reason for lower back pain. There's lots of free videos on YouTube

Yoga. Get on it now, to strengthen your back and get used to doing it generally. You can switch to pregnancy yoga when you get your bfp, but if you're familiar with yoga and research the actual risks, there's very little you need to change.

I'd highly recommend Yoga with Adriene, 30 days of yoga on YouTube. It's done wonders for my back.

Yes my core is definitely not what it used to be so that probably isn't helping.
Thank you I'll have a look at that on you tube ☺
I've never tried yoga but have started doing a pilates dvd
