Hi ladies
Posting in here as I am hoping someone might have a success story to give me hope.

I’m currently bleeding from a second chemical in a row. Absolutely devestated. This time HCG was 20 on 13 DPO and 11 on 18 DPO.
Both times positive tests 12 DPO - 20DPO then start bleeding and tests go back to negative.

I want to try again straight away as all the Googling I have done suggests chemicals are so early it doesn’t cause any issues to your cycles.

Would you try again or take a break?

I had a chemical followed by a miscarriage and I did choose to take a few months off from trying. It took a few more months to get pregnant again but I'm now due in 8 weeks.

I needed a break just to stop obsessing about trying to conceive, it wasn't for any physical reason. I think only you can decide if you need to take a break for a while. Best wishes to you x

I had a chemical on cycle 1, a miscarriage on cycle 2, another chemical cycle 3 then a successful pregnancy cycle 4. These were all consecutive cycles (although a long gap between cycles 2 or 3 as I was pregnant for a while then waiting for periods to resume).

They say that after a MC (and a chemical is essentially a very early MC) your body has been primed for pregnancy so I would say it's not a bad idea to try.

It worked for me... in the end.

The chemicals did both delay my next cycle by one week so just be aware of that possibility.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I had a MMC followed by two chemicals. We took a two long break and in that time both myself and DH took all the conception vitamins you could imagine and DH changed his lifestyle and stopped drinking and using saunas. We were successful after that. Best of luck.

Sorry I meant to say two month break, not too long.
