Cramping in 2nd trimester

Hi all, just wondered if anyone else had experienced lower cramping in their tummy like period cramps? I keep having them on and off sometimes with low back pain. I'm 13+5.
I thought once id reached the 2nd trimester I'd calm down and feel more relaxed but I'm not sure that will ever go until the baby arrives safely!!

No advice but interested in following here as i am experiencing the very same at 13 weeks too! It’s nerve wrecking for sure at least it’s not just me!

Not on lower but I’ve been getting tightness on my stomach

I'm 15+1 and have been experiencing cramps still every now and then. Very worrying when it happens but I'm hoping all normal and due to continued stretching.

I agree, I feel like I'm never going to not worry again!

I'm now 30+5 but I remember waking up in the night with what felt like bad period pains in the second trimester, it happened a few times and if I walked around a bit it would go away. Never seemed to come to anything. I agree he worrying doesn't go away!

I'm pleased it seems to be normal and others are experiencing similar feelings. I'm looking forward to being able to feel the baby... Hopefully then it's some reassurance everything is still okay in there!!
