Do any of you lovely ladies do SW whilst pregnant?

Can you give me the basics please as I'm getting HUGE and only 10 weeks and 2 days!

Thank you so much in advance..

I did at the start.... not sure if you've done it before but you basically get more of the healthy extra choices that's all. X2 instead of

I however gave up because I was staying the same and whilst that's good when you're pregnant I found it really demotivating as you sit there with people with big losses. £5 per week is a pack of nappies in my eyes.

I'll be returning once baby is here though.

I was following it before I got pregnant and did really well.. I lost 3 stone!!

So, I still have 5 - 15 syns, but, change it to 2 A and 2 B?

I think I can manage that!

Thank you.

I won't be going to group, I'll be doing it from home so the money isn't an issue xx

Yes that’s exactly right - if you go on to breastfeed once baby is here you get 5x As as you need the calcium!

I lost 4 stone with SW prior to getting pregnant this time and have loosely stuck to it. The only thing I have personally chosen to change is I have swapped to full fat dairy when previously I would have had low fat. But stuck to only 2x Bs and within 15 syns

Fabulous - thank you!!

If I don't go back to SW rules then I'll just eat everything in sight.. Seriously want loaves and loaves of white bread with peanut butter...

The same situation as me.

The only thing I've struggled with is avoiding aspartame too as most low fat things have the natural sugars replaced with sweeteners but that's personal preference on what I've read.
