Sore lump in armpit and sore breast...

Hi, I'm guessing I have a swollen gland in my left armpit and my left breast is a bit sore. Has anyone else had this? I'm 11 +1 if that's relevant? xxx

Not had this. You should definitely get it checked out. Can you get in to see your GP?

I think a lot of lumps in breasts during pregnancy turn out to be blocked milk ducts but seeing as you're in the early stages, I would definitely get this checked out. It could just be hormone changes but best to mention it.

Lump is in the armpit though... not sure that would be a blocked milk duct

Could be an infected lymph node. If so you’ll need antibiotics.

Best to go to the GP.

Thanks I’m ringing the gp in the morning to get an appointment tomorrow! Googled it and it seems quite common but going to get it checked out just in case. My other armpit is doing the same now - like I don’t have enough symptoms!!! Don’t think I’m very good at growing a human lol xx

I had this at 29 weeks. Was really painful and noticeable. I think it was a swollen lymph node and went down after about 3 days. Applying a hot water bottle/ flannel really helps. I could almost feel it drain and it shrank after.
