(Second) Pregnancy after a tramatic labour and LLTEZ

Just looking for advice or experience!
I am 6 weeks, second pregnancy, my DS is almost 5.
My labour with DS was pretty traumatic, but I know not that unusual especially for a first baby. After a 2 days of mild contractions at home, I went in about 4/5cm, from then it took about 30hours until he was finally born by forceps (its took 3 attempts - forceps, ventouse, forceps), followed by haemorrage, where I lost about 2litres of blood.
Then in June (this year) my routine smear test found high grade cells - they said CIN3 but the biopsy actually found CIN2 - so in July I had a LLTEZ procedure.
Although my LLTEZ was pretty straightforward, I have had no unusual issues after or complications and seemed to heal well, i know that it can effect dilation in labour.
As I had such issues with my first labour with dilating, this coupled with the lletz, i feel its likely I'll face the same problems.
Because of all the issues last time, and DS being over 9lbs, I know I will be high risk this time and under a consultant, I also know if I requested it they would allow me to elective for a c-section.
I would love to try natural labour again, and redeem what was such an awful experience last time. But I also don't want to take a risk after last time, and put my self and the baby at risk (and my husband through the experience again!).

If it were you would you push for an elective c-section?
Or, try natural labour (knowing that as I'm under a consultant they'd likely give me an emergency c-section if there were issues again).
Has anyone had a straightforward labour after LLETZ?
Or, a straightforward second birth after a problematic first labour?

I'm in a similar situation and pushing for a elective this time.

I can’t speak from personal experience but I’ve seen a lot of posts from people on here who had difficult first deliveries but then had much more straightforward births with subsequent babies.

There’s a risk of premature birth/small baby after LLETZ but I’m not aware of it causing any problems with dilation in labour. I would suggest asking your consultant for advice.

I'm pregnant with my first. I had two LLETZ 6 weeks apart as it grew worse after the first removal. I had a smear in August but the results were unclear so I'm meant to be going back next week for the smear but we just found out this morning we are 5weeks. I don't know a lot but I've heard second labours are better and after 1 LLETZ there could be a little scarring but I also think they can check

I have no experience of your situation but am mum of 3. I would go for ecs. Just get a healthy baby out. Nothing else matters. You won’t remember what birth you had in a few years.
