Pregnant with my first child, I'm now 18wks and have already gone from a 34B to a 36C and my nipples have become huge. As a young and newly married couple, we do maintain a very active sex life and hubby is very big on breast play which includes heavy sucking, pinching and biting. Is this dangerous in any way during pregnancy? I keep wondering if we'll end up damaging some milk producing tissue...does anyone know more about this? Also, do boobs go back to pre-pregnancy size after birth?? Hubb would be quite dissapointed if they did!!
