Slight heaviness...

So, sorry for loads of posts like this. My anxiety seems to be sky high today.

Background-I'm 22 weeks pregnant, first baby and so far low risk. I'm having some movements but not loads yet and no routine movements yet (anterior placenta).
At 18 weeks my discharge increased a lot and quite dramatically. I saw my midwife and had a speculum/swap done and was negative for waters breaking. No sign of anything wrong so just an increase in discharge.
At 20 week scan all appeared normal.

So, I've had occasional ligament pain for a few weeks if I stand too quickly/move too suddenly and still have loads of discharge (all clear, berries occasionally looks white when it's dry. No strong smell). Also have some slight pelvic pain which was thought to maybe be the beginning of SPD. Vagina has started to feel a bit tender and was thought it could be thrush so I'm using cream after speaking to pharmacist. Couldn't get a GP appointment but had a phone appointment and they were happy with this.
When I've had a day where I'm walking a bit (nothing major, but walking the dogs plus 10 min walk to work) I'm also now finding a heaviness/pressure in my vagina. No actual pain, certain no tightenings, and it goes away when I'm resting. It seems to be when I'm walking, but often when I've not walked far at all.

Has anyone else had anything like this? Sorry for the huge post.

This sounds exactly like my pregnancy so far, I’m 28 weeks. In the first few weeks I had lots of cramps and pains, was even seen at EPU because I was getting lots of uterus and cervix pains. Then started getting lots of ligament pains, a lot of discharge and also the heaviness especially if i have been on my feet a lot. In fact the heaviness was so pronounced that I was sent for cervical length scans at 16,18 and 20 weeks to check that it wasn’t a sign of problems. I still get them a lot now and I feel like I can almost feel the baby stretching everything! Oh and been having Braxton hicks since 24 weeks now. I asked my midwife and consultant and they both said that some women just “feel” everything during pregnancy, some don’t so much. Seems like we’re in the first group!

Forgot to say I also had all the swabs to test for infection, BV etc and was also given hormone test at 24 weeks to check again for early labour due to intense BHs from 24 weeks but everything came back clear!
