LOST NOTES!!!!

Please help!!
Scan Wednesday morning and we've just moved and DH had the notes and has no clue where he put them; we have a storage locker full of our stuff but we won't be able to get there before scan. What can I do as scan isn't at the hospital I see my midwife at?! I know I won't get them in time but they said this is the only scan before 14 weeks they can offer me to test for abnormalities so I really don't want to cancel. What will likely happen tomorrow when I tell the midwife I've lost them?? TIA 😩

It'll be fine. Some people don't get their booking in before their scan date so it won't mean you can't have your scan. I'd ring your midwife first thing just to reassure you.

I’ve forgotten my notes at a few appointments. They’ll just print off the paperwork and ask you to put them in your notes.

It's fine. I forgot my notes on my first scan.
My midwife said they were to go everywhere with me but I thought she was joking 🤣
They printed out all the relevant info and I stuck that in with my notes when I got home.
