Evening primrose oil?

I'm 32 weeks and someone recommended evening primrose oil? Has anyone started taking it yet? If so how many weeks are you and how many are you taking?

I'm 33 weeks and I take 1x1000mg per day.

Will probably increase that to 2 when I get to about 36 weeks.

I plan to insert from 36 weeks as well.
