Headaches, help?

Hi ladies im 15 wks pregnant and for the past 3 days ive had an on off headache that makes me feel sick at times, is this normal?

Headaches we're one of my only symptoms early on and I still get them now (24+5)

I tried to avoid paracetamol until I was desperate but keep hydrated and I also LOVE my 4head stick. Works a treat!!!
