I'm 36+4 weeks, been having period like lower back pains, the occasional period sensation in pelvis aswell. This is new for me and I'm a first time mum so have no idea if and what I should be looking out for. Sorry TMI - I've had a very slight increase in discharge (not a lot though) milky colour and thin in texture. Apart from that nothing else really.

Same here I’ve been on the lookout for the last week.

I’m 37+1, ds was born at 37+4 so I’m expecting something soon, but with him my waters just went with no prior warning, so I don’t really know what I’m looking out for.
Movement has increased and Braxton Hicks have decreased, dont know if that means anything?

Following this as I'm 36+4 too and have the exact same symptoms! I am wondering if labour is near or is it just 'normal'. I can barley get myself off the sofa when sat down due to the pain in my pelvic area. Keep getting pains in my lower area too which are like period pains. I feel really silly coz I don't know what a proper contraction feels like so not sure if it is proper irregular contractions or just twinges
