I’m currently 25 weeks with my first baby.
Over the last week I have been suffering from terrible backache on my right side. I am also really tender at my ribs (just under where my bra sits).
I’ve not taken any medication and been trying to soothe with a hot water bottle and mild stretching exercises. It’s been sore enough that I had to take the week off work.
Due to return on Monday and still feel just as sore so could cry at the thought of sitting at my desk all day!
Just wondering if this is normal for this stage of pregnancy? I’ve had no other concerns i.e. no bleeding or stomach cramps but unsure whether I should be concerned?
