Am I pregnant?

Looking for some advice

I'm 20- PCOS & overweight.
Didn't ovulate at all from March - July this year. Doctors confirmed very slight hormonal imbalance and some follicles on my ovaries.
I have had regular periods since (36 day cycle)

Last period was 24/09/18 and was horrifically painful!

This month I was waiting for my monthlies to show up on 30th October but after not having usual pms symptoms and my breast felt different to how they usually do prior to my period. So with no show after day 1 something lead me to take a test ( or 4) and I honestly expected a negative result

I hadn't been sleeping and had unfamiliar pains in my breasts the night before and so I took 4 tests on the 31st October

Cheap test at 10am - positive
Clear blue digital and double checker around lunchtime - positive with a 2-3 week reading
Cheap test at 8pm - positive

I don't know if I feel sick because of shock and nervousness or if it's because I'm 4 weeks pregnant
I have had light cramps for the past 4 days on and off and no bleeding/spotting. Tender breast that feel different to normal. Heartburn and achy legs.

Just looking to see wether people think I am pregnant from experience? Any advice

Nearest doctors appointment is on the 13th November and I'm worrying that I may not be pregnant or may be likely to miss carry.

Not being mean, but why would you think you’re not? 4 positive tests sounds pretty conclusive.

Is this good news? Do you have support around you?

Stephisaur · 02/11/2018 20:06

False positives are so rare they’re basically unicorns. Getting them on 3 different tests would be ridiculous.

You’re pregnant, congratulations :)

Pigeoncat · 02/11/2018 20:06

You have taken 3 pregnancy tests that way you are pregnant.

You are pregnant.

That’ll be £10 please.

I know it sound silly to even ask! It was a massive shock and I do have support around me and we are happy! I guess I'm just nervous and over analysing

I guess with the PCOS and being a bit over weight I thought it would happen and it has!

I get that with 3/4 tests being positive I'm pregnant. But I didn't know that if it was like a chemical pregnancy or something, wether it would be in reliable taking all 3 within the same day.

Thanks

No period and positive tests = pregnant. I don't think there's any reason to worry tbh. You obviously have good hormone levels as the tests are positive just after your period is due and all through a day.
