I’m 28weeks pregnant and for the past few days I’ve had cramps in the middle part of my stomach they are constant to the point I don’t want to eat as the pain can be over bearing , baby is moving lots and I’ve had no bleed etc so not sure if it’s normal . I’ve had really bad nausea and headaches since this pain

I had many weird pains through pregnancy and can't say what is normal. Think you need to be getting advice from your midwives / labour ward though rather than here tbh. Hope all is well.

Speak to your midwife.

Your stomach muscles separate in the middle when pregnant.

You can test this by lying flat and using your stomach muscles to sit up. If your stomach tents - goes into a point - your muscles are separating.

If this has happened be very careful how you sit up from now on. Always roll onto your side. This can become very bad if you don't sit up properly.
