Just found out in 4 weeks pregnant with my 2nd rainbow baby. Was pregnant with 1st in August and unfortunately miscarried. Finding it hard to believe I am again and finding it hard to be positive! :(

@Delilah7 wishing you all the best for tomorrow x

@delilah7 Bless you lovely. Go in with a strong heart and know that you can handle anything that is thrown at you. Also know it’s more likely for the baby to be ok than not. Sending you bundles of positivity. It’s nerve wrecking and emotional I know. How many weeks are you again? X

Hi Ladies. congrats to those who got BFP. Ive jsut found out im pregnant. After 2 miscarriages and taking clomid its finally happened again. Im a bit concenred about my progesterone levels. I had bloods taken on day 26. I dont know why I got them taken then I think the nurse may have made a mistake.
Anyway I got the results today and she said that the levels were 18 which would indicate that I didn't ovulate as they need to be 30 or above.
Meanwhile I was trying to explain to her that I had four faint positives and one almost the same as the control line positive. When the nurse heard this she said oh congrats , yes a faint positive is a positive, your levels must have gone up and why did you have the bloods done on day 26? I said I didnt know as she was the lady that told me that date and wrote it on the form. She gave me advice re booking it etc and seemed very happy that i was pregnant. Now im really confused. im worrying i will MC due to low progesterone especially after MC already. I dont if the doctors offer any further help now ? would love to hear if anyone has any advice or experience with something similar. xxx

Pitterpatter01 · 15/11/2018 13:26

@Delilah7 what have they said? Could your dates be wrong? Don’t panic sweetie Flowers

Delilah7 · 15/11/2018 13:42

@Pitterpatter01 The more I thought about it I thought maybe 4 as I have 33 day cycle and last period was October 2nd. I hate midwives and doctors go from last menstrual period. Confused the fuck out of me and now I just feel abit broken.
Said everything looks fine.

OP posts:
EmmaBx · 15/11/2018 13:46

@Delilah7 am sure it will be fine. I am the same in that I have a 31 day cycle minimum. So you could be 5 or more days out - try not to worry xx

Delilah7 · 15/11/2018 13:47

So there was a gestation sack and yolk sack. But nothing else. No embryo or anything xx

Pitterpatter01 · 15/11/2018 15:26

@Delilah7 I know it’s easier said that done, but it really could just be that dates are a little out and you ovulated later. Thinking of you and praying that you get a good outcome when you go back xx

Pitterpatter01 · 15/11/2018 15:27

@Delilah7 I meant to say try not to panic at the end of easier said than done x

MrsC87 · 15/11/2018 15:42

@Delilah7 hope you're okay! Even though it's a shock you're not as far as you thought, you got to see your little egg sack. And at the next one you'll see more. Try to stay positive & we're here for you 😘 xx

HayleyHaystack · 15/11/2018 16:19

@delilah7 Oh honey. I’m sorry you didn’t walk away with the news you wanted but when you have your re-scan everything will be much clearer. These scans really do cause so much confusion and worry. When does the worry end?! Look after yourself tonight X

Delilah7 · 15/11/2018 16:40

Thanks guys. ❤️

ContadoraExplorer · 15/11/2018 17:30

If they're happy with the scan, despite being a little less along than you thought, it sounds positive. Hopefully you'll get a bit more from the next scan but in the meantime, try not to worry too much x
