Discharge

I'm 36 weeks, been having more and more discharge over the last week or so. There's blimmin loads! Stepped out of the shower today and it dripped on my foot! Just white like milk, no mucous or blood. Anyone else have this? Is this a sign of labour?? I thought I read increased discharge could mean the baby is on the way but not sure if I'm thinking of the plug instead? xx

I went into premature labour at 29 weeks and the first sign, about a week or two before hand, was excess discharge. However in my frantic googling at the time I also learned that it can be totally normal and just a regular 3rd trimester thing. I'd say maybe, maybe not but either way don't worry at your gestation

Thank you @KateTTC123. I'm keen to meet the baby I'm hoping it is a sign of labour, though perhaps not for another week or so

She's also been moving loads, do you reckon that's alright?

If you're ever unsure always consult your midwife. Changes in movement is best discussed with them.

I'm 36+4 and having the same thing. Was getting dressed the other day and it just started running down my leg. I thought it was waters at first! It can be a sign of impending labour but it's also normal for 3rd trimester so who knows!
