I know I'm planning ahead a bit but I am currently 26 weeks and am thinking about what contraception to use after birth. We used condoms before but now I am thinking I may want something a bit more reliable just in case.
I have heard of people getting pregnant a few months after giving birth and I defo don't want that.
What has everyone else used if you have already given birth? I was think about the coil but I have never had it before. I'm not very good at remembering to take tablets so I don't think the pill is a good idea for me.
