Hi, I’ve got a pregnancy physio tomorrow what do I need to wear?

When I’ve been to the osteopath I’ve has to go down to underwear is physio the same or can I keep leggings on?

(I’ll be at work before so trying to work out if I need to bring anything)

For my first physio appointment I had to strip down to my underwear but the following appointments I just had to wear loose clothing such as leggings and a tshirt. Just so I can do the exercises without being restricted by tight clothing.

Genuinely depends what you are going for assuming it’s SPD type pain wear what you are comfy in ie leggings / T-shirt and take shorts and a vest top with you. Good luck!

When I went for PGP I went in leggings/tshirt but was asked to take my leggings off.

My 'referral' for physio involves a group chat and being shown exercises... just wearing normal clothes.

Saw physio for PGP last week, I wore leggings with a long top over, only thing she asked me to take off were my shoes and cardigan.
