Hello,

New poster here 👋🏼

I had a rough first trimester of sickness (vomiting multiple times a day) and having no energy.

This lifted for a few weeks in the second trimester but it has come back, not as bad as before but now I just feel so uncomfortable.

I'm only vomiting occasionally but feel nauseas most of the day and struggle to eat. By early evening the heartburn and acid reflux kicks in and I struggle to go to sleep! I have very little energy and feel like I am just wishing the time away until the LO arrives!

Anyone else feel like this?

Thanks x

Anyone else feeling the same? Or any tips on helping the heartburn/acid reflux. I've been taking rennies which help a little.

Thanks x

Gaviscon! I was swigging out the bottle, but it really helped.

I second Gaviscon, it's good stuff. Definitely helps.

Thanks so much @mintich and @EyeDrops I will give Gaviscon a try
