Hypnobirth app

Wasnt sure whether to put this in 'pregnancy' or 'childbirth'.

Im looking for recomendations for a hypnobirth app. Im interested in it, but dont want to pay £100+ for a course and Im not convinced it will work for me. Im hoping an app would give me a taste.

The positive birth company online course has lots of great reviews, I think it's about £35 and I'm considering doing it

I'm also doing the positive birth company digital pack ( she has about 10 free videos on YouTube if you search to get an idea of what she's about) based on these videos I purchased the pack and iv felt it's been informative- made me confident in my choices and excited for birth.

I've just started the positive birth company pack and am enjoying it so far. I looked for an app but have only found generic breathing/mindfulness ones, nothing more specific.

Not an app, but might still help with seeing if it's something for you. I got Sophie Fletcher's Mindful Hypnobirthing book from the local library. There's three MP3 tracks that come with it which you can download for free on the internet. Both the book and the tracks really helped calm my nerves down regarding giving birth and I'm so glad I found them, however I have not given birth yet so can't judge how good the techniques work in actual labour.
