Funny stitch like pain around hips and sides of pelvis when going to the loo - 9 weeks

9+2 ish today. Haven’t had a scan yet.

I went to the toilet earlier (wee and poop) and was pretty much bursting.

As I was doing my business I had a stretchy/achy pain around my hips and sides. It was a strange pain, I can’t really describe it, it was sort of sharp but achy at the same time.

Have also been having fairly mild backache but have read on the NHS website that that’s normal in the early stages.

Could this be round ligament pain? Does it sound like that.

I have pain like this sometimes. I'm 26+6 now so assumed it be normal! I have an ovarian cyst and the pain is very similar to that x
