Hi everyone, I am 20+3 wks and due to the nature of my work (stood for 6hr shifts) I am getting really bad lower back pain I can sit whenever I need to but if the shopfloor is busy it's not always convenient or appropriate. I have also already reduced my hrs. My question is has anyone used a pregnancy support belt this early to help take the strain off their back or are there any other tips to help relive the ache and pain? Thanks 😘
