Upper stomach pain at 35 weeks

Just wondering if anyone else has had this. I’m 35+3 and For the last few hours I’ve been in pretty much constant pain in my upper/middle abdomen, back and bottom, that occasionally gets worst then eases but is always there.

This is my first pregnancy so I’m abit unsure but I don’t think it’s labour because it wouldn’t be a constant pain would it? And it would be lower stomach? I haven’t lost my plug or my waters haven’t broken.

I get something similar and for me it is trapped wind and indigestion. It was so bad the other night that I nearly went to A&E.

That said have a look at pre-eclampsia symptoms as when I mentioned it to my MW she straightaway checked my blood pressure and wee and told me to keep an eye out for swelling, blurred vision etc.
