Anyone bought from Kiddies Kingdom?

The pram I want is the cheapest I've seen on the Kiddies Kingdom site, but reviews of the company seem to be mixed. Does anyone have any experience good or bad of using them?

I bought our cot bed mattress from there with no issues, they delivered it within 48 hours :-)

Got pram and car seat and carry cot from there, no issues. They had a limited selection of colours if I remember but price wise was best.

Yes I bought a pram from them online, no issues at all, it came really quickly too. I’ve also visited the showroom in Wakefield a couple of times and again no problems.

Yes I bought my cosatto pram off there also! The 4 year warranty was still valid with cosatto also. I think I checked 5he trust pilot website before buying but I was really impressed. I've been using the pram for almost 6 months and it's fab 😊

I just bought a high chair from them. I paid online and then got an email 24hrs later saying there was an issue with my cc payment. I called them, spoke to a lovely guy who sorted the cc issue (my inability to type numbers!!) and the said he'd put the high chair on next day delivery as I'd had to wait a bit longer than they liked to deliver (even though it was my fault!). Can't fault them at all!

I did and I regret it. No money back, faulty wardrobe unsafe for kids and loads of stress.

What happend with your order?

I ordered a travel 3-in-1 and next to bed cot

arrived on time in plain packages (obviously opened and sealed many times before)
no warranty for the products - Any of them
The quality of the product APPALLING

NO email or phone number was available so I completed the Return Form within 14 days of ordering (still got charged £15) and after 1 week of waiting I wrote a bad review - Then and only Then I was given a customer service email address

Ordered a collection with DPD and got charged £15 DPD failed to pick it up (took a pic on my door (never knocked or called me) so I lost a full day of work just to wait for them
Wanted to rebook a second collection at an extra £15 - but changed my mind

so decided to arrange for a delivery myself - got charged by Kiddies Kingdon for NOT USING CLEAR TAPE when I re-packed the already opened & re-opened boxes

I bought my travel system from them and it was perfect. easy delivery and great communication when I changed my mind and cancelled the Isofix base after the order had been packed. it was removed from the delivery and refunded almost immediately
