Free fluid found in abdomen at scan and low hcg

Can anyone please help, or give advice? I have been to the early pregnancy unit today and they did an early pregnancy scan.... I think I'm just about 5 weeks, they couldn't find a sac but they said my lining was think and cervix was closed, but they said they found free flowing fluid in my abdomen... my hcg levels are 370... which the nurse said was low
Does anyone know anything that could help me? I'm so scared to lose this baby

I can't offer advice personally on this, however from what I've found online you won't normally see a sac till at least 5 weeks (you could be slightly less than you think) and also your hcg needs to be 1500 to 2000. It could just be the dates slightly out. I went for a scan Thursday thinking I was almost 19 weeks and they put me back to 16 so sometimes we can be a way out with our calculation. Try not to panic, I hope everything works out well for you x

Also I've had friends with free fluid and it isn't a cause for concern usually and just clears up by itself x
