Decidual in pregnancy

Has anyone ever heard of this or had it happen to them. The hospital aren't sure if Iv miscarried or the decidual has come out. (Uterine lining) xx

I'm ok was getting some craps earlier and spotting but it's calmed down now. Got doctors tomorrow for hcg bloods xx
