Pain all around lower belly & lower back like a band

Hi, I'm 15w & 6 days today, for the past few days I've been experiencing pains in my lower back and belly, and when I press down on the parts just above my pelvic bones it's sore! I haven't had any bleeding but these pains are quite intense, like a period? But they're constant and I get sharp pains jutting up and down? I've text my midwife but never get a answer :/ any advice ? Don't want to be going to the hospital if it's nothing as it's miles away and I don't drive. Tia x

I've read about round ligament pains and I'm wondering if it could be that as it comes and goes? But if it doesn't ease up in a couple hours I'll go

Depends if there constant or not? You've said they are and aren't.
If they aren't constant, it's completely normal and just round ligament pain.
If it's constant pain that hasn't eased from movement or position changes then you should seek medical advice

Could it be Brixton Hicks contractions?

I’d definitely try and get checked out, definitely worth trying to get to hospital for your peace of mind if nothing else
